Led a team of cross-functional designers and content strategists to create a new corporate presence, one that is focused on storytelling and improved access to information about the client’s values and social impact. The team was able to disrupt an aging design system to deliver a transformational, story-driven experience for one of the world’s most successful brands.

Other UPS engagements include directing a team of designers and strategists, while collaboratign with data analysts to create a data-driven optimization program for one of the world‘s most trafficked websites. The program continues to optimize UPS’ shipping flow based on that data.
